Essie Shine of the Times

Yet another polish from my transdesign haul! Essie Shine of the Times is a polish from their Luxeffects collection. This is first collection of its kind from Essie which is great! This polish is a dense small flakie with a orange/yellow/green duochrome that shines so nicely in the sun!
This is one generous coat over black creme.

Nail Polish Collection

So here it is! My nail polish collection. I don't have many compared to some nail bloggers out there, but my collection is young and rapidly growing! So lets get right into it, I wanna say now that this is an extremely LONG POST. All names of polishes are under the pictures and I'll link the swatches to the names if they are already on my blog. I am working to get swatches of all my polishes on here eventually. So here we go!

I'm starting with the China Glaze, I have taken to this brand, I like the formula and the affordability of purchasing ChG online. I have more ChG than any other brand.

These are some polishes that I made myself, the swatches will be much more true and interesting! (Swatch of Green holo before it was holo)

 (They don't have names) Clear base with silver hexies, Puple base with yellow shine and gold glitter, Teal Base with multi colored and holo glitter with large silver hexies. (Swatch)

China Glaze Magnetix You Move Me

PS I don't know why my pictures look like this when I upload them from my phone but you get the point! I will replace them shortly so they are of better quality. This is polish 2 in my haul from China Glaze that I am stoked about! Its called You Move Me from their Magnetix Collection. I bought them for $4.60 on Transdesign, which is the cheapest I have found them. I saw swatches of this collection and loved this color, its not a color that existed as a magnetic polish yet and I also liked that China Glaze came out with a magnet with 3 designs. They are the first company to do this which is great!

I thought the star pattern looked the best with this color so thats what I did. I own one magnetic polish from Nails Inc. and I thought that the formula of the ChG Magnetix was much better. The application was flawless with both ChG polishes.

China Glaze Skyscraper

Polish 1 in my haul! China Glaze Skyscraper from the fall 2011 Metro Collection. This stunning polish is a silver glitter in a dark blue jelly. I can't believe this color eluded me for so long! I absolutely love it..I can't stop looking at my nails.

OMFG! My package from Transdesign came today! I can't wait to dive into these tonight! They came at the perfect time, for my night off! YAY! swatches coming soon!

FingerPaints Flecked over purple

Todays mani is very fish scaly if you know what I mean! Beautiful if I do say so myself. Not much to say but the pics should speak for themselves!Xo meg

Layering with For Audrey and Glitter!

So all day I was thinking that I needed 'a whole glitter mess on my nails'..so I decided I needed to take many glitters I had and put them on top of a color that I haven't used in a while. I went through my polishes and For Audrey stood out to me as a good base. I wanted it to be super sparkly so I layered OPI Blue Moon Lagoon over China Glaze For Audrey.

 I then layered multiple glitter polishes on top of this base to create the finished look.

I actually wore this mani for 2 full days, which is rare these days! I loved the sparkle!
